We offer Click & Collect from our Parafield store. This lets you order online and pick up your items in-store.
How Click & Collect Works
- Shop online and add items to your cart
- Select Click & Collect at checkout
- Wait for confirmation that your order is ready
- Visit our store to collect your order
You will receive an SMS and email notification once your order is ready for pickup.

Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically ready within 1-2 business days
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day
- During peak periods, promotions or stock delays, dispatch times may be extended
Do not attend the store until you have received your ready for pickup notification.
Collection Requirements
When collecting your order, you must provide:
- Your order confirmation or pickup email/SMS
- Valid photo ID (if requested)
If someone else is collecting on your behalf:
- They must provide the order confirmation
- They may be asked to show ID
Collection Timeframes
- Click & Collect orders must be collected between 11am and 5pm, Monday to Saturday (excluding SA public holidays)
- Orders placed after 3pm on Saturday will not be ready for collection until after 11am Monday
- Orders must be collected within 14 days of notification
- If not collected within this time, your order may be cancelled and refunded
- Any applicable fees may be deducted from the refund
Stock Availability
Click & Collect is subject to stock availability.
If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed:
- We may contact you to arrange a refund, substitution or backorder
Orders may be partially fulfilled where required.
Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your Click & Collect order:
- Contact us as soon as possible
- Changes are not guaranteed once your order has been processed.
Returns and Exchanges
Click & Collect orders follow our standard Returns & Exchanges Policy.
Items can be returned:
- In-store, or
- via post, in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
Identification and Security
For security reasons, we may refuse collection if:
- The order details cannot be verified
- Valid identification is not provided when requested
