Love the hat, and the service. The challenge is getting hat sizes done correctly and the guide was ok in this regard. Choose a size larger and then put wedges etc in the hat band. As a red hot tip to your sales guys, why not send a few such wedges of foam with each product? The bricks and mortar store I went to check sizes gives the foam away for free... And the packaging for the hat was incredible, genuinely impressed by the obvious effort and thinking which went into making sure my hat (did I mention I love it) turned up perfectly.
