Don’t size down

Nice looking work boot, but annoyed that I have to pay return postage on an item that suggested sizing down but when received it was a size too small.

Purchased for 30 YO son. He has a foot issue with constant pain - these have been the best boot he ever had; husband also has them and highly recommends. price on this store is fairer than elsewhere. fast delivery excellent product. if i was to find anything ineffective it is that I got a free delivery code for signing up that came after I ordered, it would perhaps be better to simply refund the delivery cost of a first order.
