I ummed and arred at nausium but finally bought this hat...I'm not a big hat person normally but I use any excuse to wear this one. Fits wonderfully and dips just perfectly enough to allow for vision but block the glare of the sun. My only fear is I don't know how much it will shrink...only reason for docking a star
