We offer free delivery throughout mainland Australia and Tasmania with the exception of some isolated and remote locations where additional delivery charges MAY apply. If your post code falls outside of our free delivery zone we will contact you with delivery charges and arrange payment. If you do not wish to proceed with the order all monies paid will be refunded and the order cancelled.

Where a courier service is required, Allingtons Outpost only use leading and reputable courier companies and Australian postal services. Courier services may incur additional potage costs. You will be notified immediately if this is the case.

All orders will carry a postal tracking number. You will be notified of your purchase tracking number via email and or sms as soon as your parcel has been dispatched. All deliveries will require a signature upon delivery.

Unless otherwise agreed by us, we will deliver your order to the address indicated on your Order Confirmation.

All risks and costs associated with providing an incorrect delivery address shall remain with the customer.

Delivery times can take between 3 and 8 business days (Monday to Friday excluding Public holidays) from the date payment is received. Delivery to remote and isolated areas may take longer.

We will use our reasonable efforts to deliver your order to you within the estimated delivery time indicated on your Order Confirmation; however, we do not guarantee that we will deliver within this time frame.

Although every effort is made to ship your order according to the estimated delivery times provided, delivery times may vary due to changes in supply, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery time, please contact us. Your parcel can be tracked via the Australia Post website.
Postage costs for all international orders are POA.

All postage and associated costs displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars, GST inclusive.

Allingtons Postal Guarantee

Allingtons guarantee your items will arrive to you safely and securely.
If, after every effort is made to locate a missing purchase, we are still unable to account for your order, Allingtons will replace the order and ship free of charge.
Where goods are proven to be damaged in transit, Allingtons will replace the damaged goods and ship free of charge.

Product Return Policy

At Allingtons Outpost customer satisfaction is paramount. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we will accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery to you, provided the items are in an unused condition and in their original packaging.

All returns are at the customer’s expense, with the exception of faulty products, where Allingtons will cover all associated return postage charges. All items returned by the customer must be appropriately packaged to ensure the product is returned undamaged and in “As New” condition.
Please send the item in its original packaging with any accessories that were included in the original purchase. In the case of a refund only, any promotional giveaways earned at the time of transaction must also be returned, unused and undamaged.
To retain the products as-new condition, please refrain from writing on or cutting the item's original packaging and tags.

When posting your exchange or refund, please include a copy of your receipt or invoice making sure the following information in included on the form provided:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Phone Number
  • Email address
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for the return
  • If original payment was by credit card, card details will need to accompany the return in order to process the refund transaction.

Once your returned item is received and deemed appropriate for re sale, we will process your exchange/refund.

Please note additional remote area postal charges and optional postage extras are non refundable.

All refunds will be made via the same purchase method ie cash, credit card. You will be notified once refunded has been processed.

Returns exceeding 30 days will have the option of an instore credit only at the discretion of management.
